months ago I changed stock ROM to stock rom.diffrent region.every thing is fine.
week ago I checked for new updates from system\software update.I had a update .HTC Twitter client 10.25 mb.
after download phone restarted and stocked in a black page with a android blue sign in the center of page.I waited for 10 minutes but nothing.I took the battery out and turned on again.every thing was normal.I tried update again .same problem.
now I am worry because we will get Ics android in next weeks and I won't be able to update.

Do you have a custom recovery like ClockworkMod or 4EXT installed? If you do, hold your Vol. Down button and your power button, then select Recovery from the list that shows. From there, you should be able to mount your device to your computer as a USB disk and put a new ROM on your SD card and flash it.

If you don't have clockworkmod/4ext you may want to look into flashing a new firmware package that has it...
