Update problem

I have a mi 4c, fully updated but i had to reset it and now it don't find any update.And the rom i downloaded from the official page doesn't work.
How can i fix this?

You need to provide more details
'fully updated' : what rom were you using ?
'but i had to reset it' : how did you do that ? reset to factory default dont remove the operating system and the phone should still be functional

MIUI 9, factory reset, not supported due to the signature of the update file, and i dont find any other.

of course you have to know how to perfrom flash using fastboot mode. google and you will find the way to do it.

backup is not necessary if you want to flash it and make it become a fresh unit, just like original from box.
download the fastboot stable as you will require it to perform rom flash using fastboot mode.
