You need to reflash your stock bootloader (boot.img) because it may be corrupted. Search your "/data/" directory for "stock_boot... .img". If you don't find it , extract it from a stock MIUI Flashable zip. Next, boot into twrp , Tap Install>>Images>>Boot and select your stock boot img. Try it and get back to me later :good:

EDIT : If you do have your stock bootloader backed up in "/data/" ,it may be compressed in (.gz) format. You must decompress and extract it. Then , you can flash it.

Done this also no luck, still bootloop

im so happy with this ROM because i play War Robots without any Lag maybe because of the Miravision and ClearMotion installed on this Rom, hope the developer of this ROM continue updating this, by the way i tried to copy the apk miravision and paste it on another ROM then install it, the application is installed but i think its not working.

Sorry for the delayed reply, I was busy.
So, I couldn't find the boot.img in /Data, nor a compressed version of it. I had a .zip of MIUI 8.5.2.0 laying around so I extracted the boot.img and flashed it in the boot partition. After that, I wiped everything, rebooted and flashed xaosp, Gapps, SuperSU. Still bootloop.

I'm obviously not the only one having this issue. I tried flashing the ROM in every possible way, wiping, rebooting, everything in a particular order but still the bootloop is not going away. And you guys that suggest not rebooting, not wiping or doing so in these particularly ordered ways and all those weird things, let me tell you what, it's all nonsense. And I can easily debunk all of your theories just by saying flash ONLY the ROM, nothing more. If you had installed xaosp with Gapps and SuperSU and it previously worked for you, it will most likely work again if you reflash only the ROM. If it didn't previously work, nor will it work now. I can't see the reason why it works in half the phones.. is it a ROM problem? Is it our phones?

Just using this ROM last night, and immediately spotting some bugs:
1. My Sandisk SD Card CL10 UHS - 64GB (Speed 80Mb) is unusable. There's a notification to set up and format the SD card on the phone, did that 3 times, and still unusable. Once I back to MIUI, no problem with my SD Card.
2. Camera refocusing problem. Not always but often especially at night (but still enough light). This is an old problem though, Nguyen's AOSP is behaving the same.

The SD card problem is bugging me the most since most of my files and backup are there. If somebody will fix it, surely great.

There will never be a true working+stable custom rom for this device. Not if xiaomi doesn't release the kernel sources for this device. So stay in MIUI and be grateful mate ;)
