How can i update x2pro after root, unlocked bootloader, twrp etc

Did anyone notice sometimes when you tap an app there is 2 sec delay i noticed that on c.31 and now on c.32 still not fixed it really bugs me

I dont know why but after updating to c.32 i am getting heating issuse while playing cod mobile.on c31 it hardly ever touched 40-45 degree Celsius but after update it easily goes to 49-50 degrees anyone has solution to this
