No dice for me either. Remix OS Marshmallow doesn't boot on two of my laptops which used to boot Remix OS prior to Marshmallow... Indefinate hang at animated splash screen, despite a consistently flashing HDD activity light. Doesn't matter whether I attempt to boot from my previously known working USB flash drive or install to disk via INSTALL=1 param, can't get passed that pesky splash. I will return back with relevant debugging logs later - rush for work atm - beeeurgh.

Laptops in question: Apple Macbook (Unibody) late 2008 13" model & Samsung N145 plus

@Stickman89 hanging on Remix logo usually means that your storage medium is too slow (<20MB/s write speed) or that it has badblocks/badsectors. Of course that might not be the case for you.
You can always try "androidboot.swrast=1" to make sure if it's problem with graphics driver.

Jide's file launcher' app drawer is missing!!

This week's OTA update is definitely one we're looking forward to releasing. Our engineers have been working hard on two reported issues the past couple of weeks:
- HDMI audio pass-through issues
- Sleep wake issues

This update should improve your experience significantly if you've been having either of these issues. Please also remember to keep reporting issues here: http://bit.ly/2asqK8p

Thanks again for your feedback so far and please keep them coming!
Thanks to the guys at Jide Technology and Avdroid X86 for their hard work, this latest update works flawlessly on my Asus T100TA, every single issue I had in previous versions is now solved, except for the camera and ambient light sensor of course!
one minor, but annoying, bug in this release is that app drawer doesn't show at all when in "launcher file mode", pressing jides icon or physical "windows" button doesn't bring it up..
so I disabled com.jide.filelauncher and now I'm using a 3rd party launcher...
any one having the same problem? or how do I fix it?

I’m new to Remix OS and it’s absolutely amazing on my Lenovo Yoga 2 11”. I haven’t encountered any sort of lag yet. May I make a suggestion? Whenever I play games or use apps in tablet mode (My Lenovo is a 2 in 1), the keyboard side will be facing down and any interaction with the touchpad will cause the cursor to move. Any interaction that acts as a single click on the touchpad itself will interfere with whatever you’re doing with the touchscreen. Please add an option to disable the touchpad in the Remix OS Settings.

There's already such option..
Go to settings> experimental features> Enable trackpad.. and turn it off, then reboot

@An XDA User

Have you tried disabling touchpad with FN+F6 of F6. Depends how you have function keys set in BIOS, but if you didn't change annything in bios, then just F6 will work.
in my Asus T100TA, it's Fn+F9, but that doesn't work either (it works in Windows).

If that’s the case, then disabling trackpad and rebooting has no effect.
try this:
