i got it too but fails to download. We have 2 z3play devices, 1 got the notification but don't download. The other one did not get the message yet.

Received the update in Poland. Everything works as expected.
However, I don't see this firmware ( PPWS29.131-27-1-15 ) in lolinet mirrors for RETEU: https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/beckham/official/RETEU/
I need it to extract boot.img. Any sources appreciated.
