The solution in the post above your question solves the setup wizard crashing until an update is released. Have tried myself and works fine.

Love your ROM but can't flash it because the setup fails all the time pleas fix it and I'll donate to the ROM thanks.

Install ROM, once finished installing rom,gapps etc. go to main TWRP menu - Mount - Check system box only - Select storage - Internal storage OK - back to main menu - File manager - system - priv app - setup wizard - press file tick box in bottom right corner , then delete file. return to main TWRP menu and reboot. Job done!

Wow there is no reason for the setup wizard to crash why can't it be fixed. This ROM was the best know I can't use it. O well I guess I hot to use the buggy resurrection remix ROM

I can confirm the workaround don't work, I try twice the quick fix don't do anything. OP need to fix this instead of giving a workaround.

sorry about that, just clean flashed to see for myself (not using this ROM) and the bug is present on latest build.
The real fix is deleting LineageSetupWizard on same location, system/priv-app, i deleted folder, but just apk should be fine too.
The rom just started fine, enjoy and sorry again.
I flashed without gapps, maybe you need to delete SetupWizard too, don't have time right now to test that

If they wanted the ROM for themselves, it wasn't needed to be posted here. The thread seems dead with no updates or followup about any updates.
