Ok forgive me for the newb-ness of this question. I have just discovered the greatness that is The Sickness. I installed Insane 4.5 on my S4 just yesterday and got things pretty much working smoothly. Love Insane btw, so much so in fact that while I'm tempted to try this rom I'm wondering what the differences are such that I should or shouldn't try it. So, can someone give me an idea just how different the two roms are from each other (the feature lists are pretty similar)? I also played with the STweaks in Insane 4.5 but I'd love it if someone listed what settings they use for it to get the most out of their T-mobile S4. (or point me to a place someone already has them listed) I've been to the popular link already that breaks down all the settings for STweaks but comparing what I have done to someone else's T-Mobile S4 would be really nice.
Anyway that aside back to my original question, thanks Sickness for Insane 4.5 I love it.... should I switch to this? :D

Nice job OP.

I came off of V4.0 and am trying this to see if I can live with it as is (plus a few tweaks) vs 4.0 (or 4.5 if I go back). I needed email and Google (for hands free phone dialing), so pushed the email from 4.0 in and restored the older version of Google I have been using.

Working pretty good overall. I see what you meant about some black boxes in settings - no problem so far.

I am torn but the system IU - like the themeing, but for readability, would prefer to have a solid color background in settings. This is not a request to the OP - just wondering if anyone could point out an easy way (like an exposed module ?) to accomplish that.

Again - it comes as is - so will not ask for anything to be done.

Just flash a framework theme. That will fix the boxes
