update to 4.5.145 and got failed to boot 1, RSD Enabled, fastboot protocol enabled

Hello Guys i have the same problem that the today post but i can go to RSD protocol, i reflashed the version 4.5.141 and i encountered and error FAILED TO BOOT 1, i can go to the fastboot protocol but don't know what's next, can you help me,

is there any way to perform a hard format and load again everithing?

how i can solve this problem...
