..everything ok but with the last official (V10.0.5.0.OEKMIFH) update, lost root and returned to original recovery

for god's sake why did you install twrp and then install official rom? you could install official rom without twrp. twrp is for installing custom roms.

For some users TWRP is much easier to return to stock because it's an environment they are familiar with. I myself returned to stock ROM using TWRP and it worked well. Not everyone has the same mindset as you, so don't judge other users like you're God or something. You're not.

Yes but it is good for flashing stock rom because it has Miui ota , It will automatically decrypt the data and will not revert the stock recovery

Yes, that's cool. Orangefox is the only recovery I've used since I unlocked the bootloader lol

Does the twrp of anyone is gone after a reboot?
I can flash things just fine but I always have to push it trough adb evertime I want to get to it, otherwise the stock recovery boots up.

The process is nothing new to me, following it step by step but always losing twrp after a reboot
