tested!!!! works smooth. bugs are:-
1.While listening music, music cracks when pulling down status bar ( theme error. doesn't happen when switched to system theme)
2. To revert back to d Moto theme u need to change d LCD density to 140 n then get back again to 160 after applying. ( used LCD density modder)
3. Data symbol error.. keeps changing when data used n when idle. ( happens only with Moto theme)
4. Dailpad error. Number "1" buttons differs from all other buttons. ( theme error again )
So basically there r only theme errors, other wise rom is good with different theme chooser theme.

1) well, no music cracking here bro
2) yes you'll have to change DPI because that's an ICS theme I have put in the rom.
3) those Symbols are part of the theme, I cant help it bro.
4) even this coloring is part of the theme. If many people gets bothered, I'll fix it else I can live with it...

- i don knw y i get tht music prob... always thr with me with my UOT themed xperia v9 theme. n in yr rom got tht again with moto theme.. music works just fine with any other or system theme.. ( any idea y it could b so? )
- n yeah i got yr 2nd n 3rd points later.
- n not really bothered with the dialer as i use xperia theme on any rom.
other wise gd work bro.. n since always i loved yr fonts

Kernel? Whenever I had music crackling I changed the kernel. Try different governor too

i faced the same problem of camera fc..if u flash beats audio u may occur that prob..
i jus reflashed the rom(without flashing beats) now working perfect

But I have already given a huge credit to you bro, haven't I? The first line of the rom starts with it only. Also its not completely based on gingersnap many elements are from lewa rom too, dont be so harsh and rough on me.
