Update:

The word below is guess

I found the situation not just happened on me. There are several people also happened. We guess which result from Android new method (A/B-capable bootloaders). Since this new way when you flash Eu or other rom , you may have opportunity to block your phone.

Hi! Really thanks your reply

At first I wanted to flash eu rom to my chinese version already unlocked Mi11. Howerver I input wrong
command ./windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat and it started fastboot loop.
After that I tried to input correct one
./windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat
But never work.

So I searched tutorial on internet and tried to use miflash back to official chinese rom V12.0.22.0. I use miflash flash this rom with clean and lock. It display success on miflash but still cannot get out fastboot loop. Then I unlock again and flash again with different version official Chinese rom. All success All fastboot loop. I am really despair now😓😓😓.

When the computer is connected to the mobile phone(fastboot), click on the .bat directly with the mouse.

ok i think i can help you fix your phone

you will download the EEA global rom
and you will force the restart in fastboot mode of your phone (power button + volume down)

you will download android tool platforms (ADB FASTBOOT)
https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools
you will extract the archive and you will open a terminal in the folder containing the file fastboot.exe
you will run the following command
fastboot set_active a

once done you will force your phone to restart in fastboot mode
once done you will flash your phone on the global EEA rom using the mi flash tool https://www.xiaomiflash.com/

Hi thanks for the reply

I didnt input your fastboot command because I checked my current slot which already is A and I had tried to flash rom which is still fastboot loop. Hence, should I change to slot B to flash the rom?

So can you open recovery? If yes try to reset device i don't remember exactly how on stock roms but if you can open recovery just reset device than try reboot. If no luck do it again than directly open fastboot mode and flash rom again.

Try to flash the rom through the following procedure:
Download the attach FlashRom.zip and extract it. You will have a folder FlashRom. In this folder there is an images folder. You need to download a stable Global or CN rom in the zip format. Extract the payload.bin from the rom.zip and use payload_dumper-win64 to extract the images file from the payload.bin. Put all of these images files (they are in the payload_output). Then click on the "windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat" file. The images files will be flashed and see if it works.

I used this method to flash both global and CN rom without problem. Of course I do not have your problem.

Make sure you have the following images before you use the flashRom:
abl.img
aop.img
bluetooth.img
boot.img
cpucp.img
devcfg.img
dsp.img
dtbo.img
featenabler.img
filename.txt
hyp.img
imagefv.img
keymaster.img
modem.img
odm.img
product.img
qupfw.img
shrm.img
system.img
system_ext.img
tz.img
uefisecapp.img
vbmeta.img
vbmeta_system.img
vendor.img
vendor_boot.img
vm-bootsys.img
xbl.img
xbl_config.img

Ignore any message display on the screen until you see the word "Done". After this display, if it works the phone will boot. It will take about 15-20 minutes.

Thanks for this quick guide.
Does this method need the bootloader to be unlocked?
Will it work if I extract images from Global EEA rom and flash them on Chinese Mi 11?
Thanks in advanc for the reply. Regards!

Yes, the bootloader must be unlocked. It will work if you extract images from Global EEA rom and flash them on Chinese Mi 11. I have a Chinese Mi 11 and I use this method to flash the Global EEA rom. I am now back to the Miui 12.5 beta rom using this method.

I think my fastboot broke. Seems cannot flash the rom. Perhaps sending back to repair is my only solution...

No matter what thanks your reply. I really appreciate that. Thanks!
