UPDATE Version 2.0 is here! It's the same animation, but I played around with the speed, so it's a bit smoother now. Still working on landscape, and I'm hoping to get it functional this week.
This took me at least 3 hours and a lot of help (thanks to @droiddev and @Six6Sicks ).
I finally got a Thundercats bootanimation working for the G2. I'll tell you right away it's not the best, but what do you expect from someone that's never done anything like this before?

First off, it's from the original Thundercats that aired in the 80's, not the remake. You can see what it looks like in the video above. I tried to get it working in landscape, but had no luck. If anyone else out there is good with bootanimations and wants to give it a shot, be my guest.
To apply it, you can either adb push the .zip to /system/media or use the following command in a terminal emulator on the device:
Sad to say that I'm discontinuing this bootanimation for several reasons. I never could get landscape to work for some reason, and I also no longer have a G2 (rocking a new G2X), so I can't really work on it. It's been awhile since I've worked on it anyway, and I've lost some of the files since then. If anyone would like to take over the project, feel free. There's no reason that this can't continue if there's someone else (and better than a rookie like me) wants to take over it.

Again, this is my first time doing anything like this, so I don't exactly plan on making dozens more bootanimations. I just did this one because I got bored and couldn't find a thundercats bootanimation for the G2. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me or ask them here on the thread.
