I'm sure there aren't any. Those are stored internally, also the card is formatted to Fat32, so there are no permissions either.

chmod 644 to 4 apk's
and still have force close...

Thank you VERY much, your little trick worked out-of-the-box with the original SD-Card from the defy. Had the same Problems, flashing everything else worked fine except of this ROM.I experienced the same problems some others had when trying to install from the .ZIP file
(which i had put on the sd card via my mac and usb. installing... no change for half an hour...taking battery out an bs alike).
After read the above posts and went through the Recovery Menu i took the content of the .ZIP file, put it into a folder on the sd card in /goapk/backup and renamed the folder after another folder (containing my original backup) Of course i changed the name of the new folder containing the deblurred ROM to a different time.
I then used the backup/restore -> restore option and chose the renamed folder.
Pls read thread before askingdo i still need to flash a boot only defy_2.2_boot_only.sbf like in tenfars rom?
