download it.rename it to bootanimation.zip.copy it to system/media and set permission r-w-r-r using root explorer...

on my device was installed bootanimation default theme custom rom .... if it can be replaced, how to install it,my custom rom jellyblast 2.0

go to system/media first..then delete your bootanimation.(backup first if anything trouble happen)..then do like i said like above
