Can anyone help me with this error on K30 pro.
Failed to mount '/vendor'(Invalid argument)
Failed to mount '/prodcut'(Invalid argument)
Failed to mount '/odm'(Invalid argument)
Format failed, wipe data... failed.
Converting fat --> ext4.. doesn't work.
Flash rom china + eu + global are ok, all above errors BUT start flashing custum rom, error (tried 2 rom Crdroid + Pixel Experience).
Please help me, please

Hi Mattzildjian,

Yes, I have had the same problem and I have solved it.

The origin seems to be that having a security patch from more than 3 months ago, Google services go into a loop looking to update it as if it were a pixel.

The solution that has worked for me is in "settings" -> "privacy" activate the use and diagnosis.

I did several other things like giving permissions to the "google" application but I think the key is to activate the delivery of usage and diagnostic data.

Try this and if it doesn't work I'll look again for the post I found where they explained it.

So what I did was...
-Enabled every google services and allowed all permission from the Google app and Google Play Services.
-Turned on Usage and Diagnostics
-Turned on location and wifi and bluetooth scanning, then allowed location permission for all Google apps
-Turned on backup from photos and google one
-Set Google as defaut assistant and autofill service

While your fix did not work, it has allowed me to properly undserstand the issue.

I downloaded "logcat reader" so I can see the security update trying and failing to initiate. Turning on Usage and Diagnostics had no effect on this.

I have instead installed the Universal GMS Doze magisk module, which has solved the problem for now.

Hello!

I was using pixel experience until a few weeks ago when the battery drain issues started.

I switched to another rom but it came back after this update (THANKS!!!) doing a clean install.

After this update it tells me that HBM is not supported by the kernel. There is the option in the "tiles" but it doesn't really do anything, and in the settings is where I have seen the message.

I used the firmware specified in the instructions and installed miui (The xiaomi.eu version) before switching to pixel experience.
Does it happen to everyone or have I done something wrong?

You have to disable "Audo HD" (or LDAC, I don't remember now how it appears) in bluetooth headset settings to make it works.
