I did a backup, installed and after installation antutu score raised from 63,5k to 68900 by 3d score. Main issue after installation is that my phone cannot play youtube videos and no videos at all. So this is reason why I asked for a proper version for 7.1.2 :/

You will need to ask/ source it from Qualcomm .
OP did not make this Qualcomm did if you read post one .

Guys sorry for that but no the drivers will not work in nougat roms.
But This New Update Is A Fix For some video playback errors.

I don't know how to check gpu driver. But if you flashed it successfully, then it should be there
