I've considered doing it because the iphone today has many useful functions, but, the code is written in c+ and I'm writing in c#. I also don't want to "copy" code from another project so I'm driving my own race.

Hmm... Can you please be more specific? What mobile device are you using? What operating system, 5.0, 6.0, 6.1, 6.5?

Please make sure that you've installed the .NET v 3.5 file aswell.

I'm releasing the 0.2 Alpha version in a couple of days.

It includes a big changelog. The biggest changes are:

1. Added a last page where many usefull icons such as Toggle Wifi, Bluetooth and Phone, Restart device, Exit application (fixed the invoke problem) and many more...

2. Added Dock in every page (took me a while but finally figured out how to do it)

3. Made the phone go into hibernate mode whenever user goes into lock mode

... And many more of course.

You'll get the full changelog when i release the build.

Something that bothers me is that i still haven't got much feedback. Please, give me feedback on what functions to add or delete from the project.

I have Xperia X1 windows 6.1

But still as soon as i run the ihoneui.cab message flashes installation unsuccessfull.

Hmm, I'll look into it. I'll answer you in a couple of minuts...

UPDATE:

Can you please tell me what language you're using in your devices? Maybe the application isn't compatible with some languages, if so, it's a bug which I have to fix...

Hey,

In the next release, I'll add a exit button which exits my application and returns you to your original homescreen. With the current build that I've uploaded, the only way for you to return is to either uninstall my application (not recomended ) or to restart your device.
But as I said, an exit function has been added in the next build and I'm releasing it soon. I'm at the final stage now...

About the problem with the battery, I've added a battery widget in the topbar. I don't think that there should be any problem with that. But, I'm also working on making a battery button where the percentage of remaining battery is stated. I'll see if I can fix it for the next release.

I'm sorry Vicntc,

I'm changing my homepage due to problems with different web browsers. I'm uploading it in the next hour so you'll be able to download the file... Be aware that I'm releasing my new version (0.2a) which includes A LOT of new features so be sure to download that as well.

I managed to add the battery percentage button successfully. The new version is soon released...

i cant download anything from that page! when i clicked on the links, a window pop-up with weird letters...

I found I had to shrink the view to 50% before the download links appeared. Perhaps the page is hard coded to some larger screen size or something but no scroll bars appear. Odd.

Anywho, it is there.
