^^ Thanks for the mirror

Feed Back (am using valkyire rom)

slow (and why there are no animation)(dont know if its only me)
glad that i can move the screen without that arrow key
lock screen is gr8 addition
The Dock is lookin good can see it on all screens now
High resolution icons pls
Battery icon is anice addition

but its building up keep up the good work :D
keep up the good work would report any error
Thank you for your honest and true feedback.
The shell is VERY slow but focus has been on implanting functions. From now on focus will only be on making the app faster and the design better.

I'll try to add animation when an icon is pressed in the future release and also I'll add a settings menu for the app where the user can control mostly of it.

UPDATE

I'm releasing 0.2.1a soon which includes a couple of bugfixes and also addition of status icons to the topbar. I've also done some UI performance...

Curious how smooth this is... I've tried many 3rd party today plugins only to be disappointed at the frame rate and laggy response on my Rhodium.

Keeps me coming back to Manila, however customizing manila is a royal pain. Anyone have any videos of this in action? HD2 doesn't count, since Snapdragon makes ANYTHING smooth. :)

@ chabbe11

There is a post made by tronikos
he did a very good job regarding this interface, and continued from a very old project
u both have very nice advantages
but the developing rate of his program is very fast

maybe u 2 can put ur efforts togather in order to get the best experience

this is a link to his thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=633618

hope u'll join
Hey raja

Another user told me the very same thing and I'll tell you the same thing I told him, sorry but no :) He's using C++ and I'm using C#, but thanks anyway. Regarding his app, It's very fast but also buggy. Mine is slow but not buggy :) As if now, I've only concentrated on implenting functions, now I'll deal with the few bugs the application has and also make it faster.

Thanks anyway

why dont you people throw your windows mobile in the toilet and purchase a real iphone instead. It is real shame for windows mobile that people are trying to make their phones look like iphone.

You are wrong. There are perhaps one or two new features that are not yet fully usable, but tronikos' iPhoneToday is very stable and non-buggy.

Mine is slow but not buggy :) [...] now I'll deal with the few bugs the application has and also make it faster.
A bit paradoxical, isn't it?

Nevermind, I was pointed to your thread by an IPTWeather user that was asking if it could be ported to your app.
So I'm asking you: does your app support a kind of API to allow updating icons from other apps?

And by the way, I was wondering what's the difference between your app and iPhoneToday, appart from the fact you're coding in C# and not C++, what could become your problem when you'll start looking for speed.

Anyway, I guess it is very interesting to developp such an app, so I wish you good luck, and hope that perhaps IPTWeather could have the opportunity to be compatible with your app one day.

Cheers.

Regarding your question about smoothness, this isn't smooth as if now. It's a bit laggy and unresponsive. But from version 0.2.5a and further I'll mostly concentrate on making it fast and responsive.

I now have a new website which there shouldn't be any problem with. Hopefully you'll enjoy the design of both the application and the website and consider making a small donation.

Good idea, but do you know how to move the thread?
Btw. I thought that only applications that supported all resolutions were allowed to be in that category...
dont know how, maybe the mods can assist you. i was thinking more like a new thread referencing to this thread. again someone else can help u better than me. again thx for ur hardwork
