So I tried to test the 4g signal while driving, and these were my results. Pretty fast, especially considering the fact I'm in a moving vehicle. (according to the maps in Sensorly.com)

I highlighted the area of the parkway where I get the 4g signal. Towards the left of the picture is the signal for the area of Towota.
That looks about right. Whats funny is that after having Sensorly on my phone for months, I just uninstalled it last week after never seeing any results for my area. Maybe I need to reinstall it :D

So I tested the speed yesterday on my way home, and today. No more 4g. They must be conducting preliminary testing in the area. Either way, I know now that the tower exists. Now, the waiting game continues.

EDIT: Got a signal while driving home. It seems like the speeds range from 9~15mbps.

Spotted 4g in Vegas finally. Near Tropicana and west of buffalo.

Things have been popping there in the past week or two. Sensorly map has been growing. You guys also have a hidden 800smr network there from the new sites. Worked great when I was there a couple of weeks ago.

Wow finally. Now if only VM would raise their soft data cap I would consider going back...

Been using T-Mobile's LTE

What are speeds like?

LTE is Growing

These are screenshots from Sensorly.com.

The first is a scan from 5/14, and the second is a scan from today, 5/24. It's spreading in the Passaic region of NJ. Hopefully, they move further south soon.

I have a question for those of you who have already received LTE upgrades in your areas.

Do you remember if you noticed spooty service, roaming in common areas, and a few dropped calls in the time before you got your first LTE signal? Because I have noticed that for the past couple days that in roaming in an area where I have ALWAYS gotten the best signal and data speeds.

Yes. And now that L.A. officially has LTE... it's still spotty, weak signal, mostly useless unless you're in an area that has a strong signal... and you stay there. If you drive around much, too bad for you!

Hmmm...deciding whether or not to celebrate - or even feel relieved - about that news.

Well, I have the EVO LTE, which has received many poor connectivity reports. G3's and iPhones have reported better reception. So ymmv. Personally, I've been patient, waiting more than a year for service to improve. I'm switching.

I got an S5 and this thing picks up LTE great, miles ahead of my old EVO LTE. Where I wasnt even getting a 3G connection on my EVO, I have LTE with my S5. I've used almost 12gb in 9 days since ive had my S5, and have been averaging 10mb.

Seems as though Sprints network is starting to come together, or least in the central florida area anyways.

Dumped sprint over a year ago, had em 10 years. Total crappy experience. Tmobile is so much better in vegas, gps and lte works all the time, fast n quick on my nexus 5.
Wife still has the evo lte, good phone but Sprint BLOWS CHUNKS.
