mate read my update post at 1st post, we dont need lucky patcher anymore, just flash it with wipe dalvik and cache partition,

if you already use lucky patcher read my guide

the mod is already include service jar to disable signature permanently

Sorry to break this to you but the latest update of your mod for 20141001 gives force close. I tried it with wiping cache and with lucky patcher too. Same thing, "Unfortunately DS has stopped." I had to reinstall the ROM to get rid of the fc because after a restart the error appeared again.

Same thing happening to me.

latest cm11 was reported bootloop using dolby for offcial cm11, i,ve made it for latest cm11 .i,m waiting for report from someone who test it before release it and is cm11 m11 is same with official cm11?

I'm not sure to understand you, but CM11 M11 it's official CM. It's a monthly release, more stable than nightlies, but not as actual as the latest nightly. I don't know if it is what you wanted to know

The latest Marko build is 2014/10/11 and the dolby mod in the OP works on it. Skip the 04 build and go for the latest one. Flash the ROM, the gapps, reboot, reboot to recovery, wipe cache and dalvik cache, flash the mod and voilà!
