Updates coming soon

This morning after reading some news about the razer phone 2, I spoke to customer support on the razer site asking if the current razer phone is still getting updates and I was told that some upgrades are coming at the end of this month or some time in October...
I asked what these updates were and I was told that they are part of Oreo but they didn't say if it was just a security update.

Here's hoping they make the camera better:fingers-crossed:

Good to hear. I had given up hope based on the fact we're still on a May security patch, pathetic.

Never listen to customer support reps about these things they know very little in most cases.

For instance over in the Razer forums they contacted them too and an update was apparently supposed to be out at the end of August, which apparently now has slipped to the 2nd week of September and now from you October.

See what I mean? Until it comes from Official Razer channels don't believe it.

The whole communication is terrible, just look at the sticky posts in the official razer forums. It's looking like they've already abandoned the phone.
