Strange. Maybe some geographical limitations or my internet is to fast and the server limits me. For me first 2.5 GB gets downloaded between 80-100 MB/ Sec. After that I cannot download it.
Can you make a mirror to it on some free cloud service?

They answered last year with promises for Android 12.
Until now my OnePlus 8T didn't received it over OTA.
Maybe I will receive Android 13 this autumn
)And about Oxygen 12, which I've tested, is the worst update ever. It doesn't qualify even as a beta. Mostly because it losses network signal, etc.
Hope that official OTA Oxygen OS 12 for KB2003 will be fixed and will arive in 1-2 weeks, because I am about to sell my phone for something more serious.

ONEPLUS said that OnePlus 8t will have android 12 till December 2021, now we are in July 2022 and no oficial OTA android 12 on it. EU variant here.

Wrong. It was realeased and after OTA didn't work anymore. OnePlus updated to android 12 for op8t in batches and after many complaining about faulty update, OnePlus stoped OTA for Android 12.
If someone like me, didn't update then or didn't like the android 12 update and came back to android 11, now it is not receiving android 12, at least for EU version of rhe device.
Official response from OnePlus about when Oxygen OS 12 for EU variant of OnePlus 8t will arrive OTA official.
There are at least 3 A12 firmwares for 8T EU:
KB2003_11_C.15: KB2003_11.C.15_1150_202204021904
KB2003_11_C.16: KB2003_11.C.16_1160_202204222256
KB2003_11_C.20: KB2003_11.C.20_1200_202205180001
OTA also works. So your question about the absence of A12 firmwares for 8T EU is odd.
If you are on Oxygen OS 11, android 11 you won't be able to update OTA. Period.
Another thing, all Oxygen OS 12, android 12 have problems. All forums are full. Signal disappearing on some networks, internet do not work until reboot and the list goes on.
Why do you think the links provided don't work?!!
I'm able to receive OTA's to update to OOS12.
Also the link for the latest C.20 is working for me.

No issues so far. Everything snappy and snazzy; this with thousands of browser tabs open & several hundreds of apps installed- some multi-user \ 60% storage used up \ all docs & images on the cloud.
Like the new look much better.
Let me know if you want to test for any specific bugs.
Will be getting 10T more than likely.

You can always update with OTA updates, even if you're rooted. It's just a bit more complicated.
