Updating Android 6 (CM13) with merged storages (SD as internal)

Same here on titan, trying to upgrade from 13.0-20151226 nightly to 13.0-20160117.

I am struggling to upgrade after merging storage - when I go into recovery the only address showing are : /sdcard/ 0 / , clockworkmod/ backup/ , obb/ , however when I put my zip file into these locations I cannot detect them when in recovery install zip ,

Just installed twrp still no luck !

any ideas

What TWRP version uses you . With 3.0.0-0 should solve the problem . And you can regain access to the SD card . Had 3.0.0-3 it so it did not work .
Used TWRP Manager from Store to install

thanks for the info , i will give it a go -- it didn't work as my phone is S4 LTE Serranoltexx - found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2678420 this worked and I was then able to access the zip files in needed to in recovery.

Hi folks, maybe someone encounters the same problem. I installed CM13 02/12 along with opengapps, which worked fine.
I then decided to use my SD Card as internal, which also worked like a charm.

How did you do this? I'm also looking for this.

Well you go into your settings->storage & USB. Then you click on your SD-Card and then in the top right corner (three dots) you should be able to choose that option. It will erase all data of your SD-Card.

I hope that helps, I dont have that phone or CM anymore, so it's just remembering...
