Hey guys,

I have a Note 4 now and I hate touchwiz (was my first and last Samsung). Took it because I thought I can have a stable CM/lineage... But stuck on stock now.
However, since there is so much hate about OP5 now, would you upgrade or not and why?

Thank you :)

i dont think theres that much "hate" around the OP5, just some over-exaggerated (imho ofc) issues being shouted loudly..
personally i dont find anything wrong with my OP5's screen and the camera.. and the device is REALLY fast..

back to the topic, i would say any route following the "samsuck -> anything else" pattern is a good upgrade.. subjectively ofc..

Yeah it's so worth it. I'm also not seeing much of what's been complained about. My screen is fine, no WiFi issues, camera is better then my Nexus 6P. I had the note 4 and moved to the Nexus 6P and the OP5 is amazing over the 6P and that was much better then the note 4.

I think a lot of people are just disappointed and taking it out here. They wanted a perfect phone for 400 bucks. People with legit issues I'm with them, the screen or WiFi issues. But I think it's the minority with true issues.

Hey,

I've upgraded from the note Note 4 and in my opinion, it's totally worth it.

My unit has only light jello effects and it doesn't happen often.
If you'd get that effect, it would be very annoying.

It's not a bad device but some software updates for the camera and a few other things would be nice.

If you can wait, I'd say that you should probably wait a bit before grabbing one.
