Upgrade question..

I just got the note 3 less than a week ago but want to sell it. My question is, if I sell it and then use my other line to upgrade the current line I have the note on, will I get hit with the cancelation fee? I'm gonna keep the line active and use my wife's upgrade for a new phone.

I did this but not with a note 3. Basically it works our to as long as the line remains active your good.

Wait, do you mean my line or say what if the person I sell it to cancels service, do I get the cancelation fee?

Your line.no fee for you no matter what happens with the phone after its off your account.

OK. I see. Only way I get the fee is if I break the 2 year contract I'm now stuck with. That's OK, my wife still think that pc of crop evo 3d is awesome! LOL... I'm gonna use her upgrade then
