Hello,

Yesterday I upgraded to BOE1 on my SM-G900V and tried to flash an older kernel and now I'm stuck in a boot loop. I've tried flashing various stock kernels in Odin but when I do I get this message...

<ID:0/005> Odin v.3 engine (ID:5)..
<ID:0/005> File analysis..
<ID:0/005> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/005> Initialzation..
<ID:0/005> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/005> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/005> SingleDownload.
<ID:0/005> aboot.mbn
<ID:0/005> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/005> FAIL! (Auth)
<ID:0/005>
<ID:0/005> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1

and my Phone says: SW REV CHECK FAIL: (aboot) Fused 2 > Binary 1

Also, I only have the default system recovery and I've tried the factory reset with no luck. Everything else I've tried by searching the forums has not worked so far (usually due to the above error or because I only have the default system recovery), any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try flashing a KitKat full retail tar in odin.

There is another thread on here and no one is sure if you can still downgrade from this update. If you can then you just re-root KitKat and go from there

It failed with the same Odin error message :(
Likely have to wait for the odin flashable OCE tar then...looks like they blocked the ability to downgrade

Have you tried full lollipop tars also? Not just kernels

Oh bummer, any rough guess on how long that could take? It'd be nice to have a phone again haha
