Thinking about upgrading from note3 I am rooted on edge program should I return phone to stock before returning

I don't have to return it. I am eligible to edge up (upgrade). I was wanting a device with a unlocked bootloader

Return to stock make sure you didn't trip Knox or it voids warranty and they won't want it if they catch it
