My Head Unit seems to be buggy, it never been updated since it has been installed, anyway to upgrade?
Btw: it is 10inch display.

There are no upgrades and certainly no OTA-upgrades.
If there is a new firmware, it is a bugfix which you need to download and apply yourself.
