upon boot "there's an internal problem wrong with your device,.."

Is this normal with having a custom kernel installed (ex) or did I fudge up somewhere? Everything seems to be working fine now..

The ex zip I tried flashing was corrupt. Sent me into a bootloop. Re-download, tried again, and everything installed fine but im getting that "" every reboot. Is this fine?
