Maybe I hard bricked mine:
Flashed with uppercut in download mode but with every KDZ file in UPGRADE mode I tried , after the second lg logo with sound of wellcome, it freeze and reboot over and over, it seems that crushes in infinite bootloop.
Is this hard bricked?
It won't pass the step cannot boot in OS
I wanted to upgrade my lg k10 m250 with lgup 1.14 on Windows 10, but I have gotten the error .
This application has informed me to install the version 1.16 or higher.
Can you help me?
I actually believe the reason why we can't is because your device probably like mine, does not have any kind of fastboot on it whatsoever. And given the fact my LG came from boost Mobile you can pretty much put money on the fact they didn't care whether download mode functioned properly anymore. so far I have yet to find a single way to be able to flash anything to this device stock or not.

I have used this application (lgup 1.14) with my smartphone LG BUT on Windows 7 .
I have upgrated my Android ( .KDZ file ) and my phone worked properly.
Unfortunately, I cannot do it on Win 10 now.
Maybe, somebody has a working version LGUP 1.16 or higher for Win 10.

So, it is working now? 3 letter is now fixed?
i have tried the steps but my lg g600lr is stuck and uppercut is requesting for dll
Doesn't the OTA update work? I have stayed using android 7.0 v10o as some said 8.0 might eat more battery...
LGup 1.14 not working with win10? Good to know...
LGUP 1.16 https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-v40/how-to/lg-1-16-t3967559
I have installed LGUP_Lab_Frame_Ver_1_16_0_3.msi from your reference above. But after this I cannot run LGUP on my Win10.
LGUP Frame version is lower than v1.16. Please install v1.16 or higher.
Okay, it seems that the common dll is now asking for a newer version of LGUP. In our case (I have m250 too) it happened after the first oreo version. Dll version 1.0.36.10 works with LGUP 1.14, newer 1.0.38.0 doesn't...
I tested the v.1.16 in win10 64bit. Worked okay - at least dumping did. v.1.14 probably works too - if the dll, that is, the firmware is older.
If you cannot get it working, maybe you could use an older dll with that newer oreo??
M250n20b_00_OPEN_EU_OP_0813.kdz <-- v1.0.36.10
M250n20d_00_OPEN_EU_OP_1031.kdz <-- v1.0.38.0

I have LGUP_Common.dll in my C:\Program Files (x86)\LG Electronics\LGUP\model\Common directory after installed.
It was created 06.08 (august).2020 and its version is 1.0.40.2
My Window 10 Home is also 64 bit.
Jotti scan shows a Trojan, however no mention of having to disable antivirus software in order to use UPPERCUT in the initial thread. Just looking for confirmation that this is normal behavior, perhaps a md5 hex?
Thanks a lot for this wonderful tool.
Now UPPERCUT Version 1.0.0.1 file removed, can anyone please give the link for version 1.0.0.1, i want to downgrade from nougat to marshmallow.
Hello, I tried downgrade my LG V10 H960a from Android 7 (H960A30b_00_0616.kdz) to Android 6 (H960A20e_00_0213.kdz) using Uppercut. I got error message "Error 0x2000 file does NOT support REFURBISH process" at 4%. My anti-rollback is 0. So I guess there is no way to downgrade to MM from Nougat or did I do something wrong?Thank you
