What's the difference between this and the Plasma? I purchased the Plasma for my N8, the Monarch wasn't available yet at the time. I also had the Plasma on my N5 & my N2 had a UAG case as well. So I'm a fan of UAG cases but I couldn't justify $60 for a case not knowing exactly why it costs more.

Zizo Bolt and some other brand offer same/better protection and way too cheaper and comes with Screen protection, too bad cases that i like for my note 8 is not available in my country

Not even on Amazon, Only UAG and Spigen available, rest are crap random companies which u cant trust for $1000+ device.
Serious I dont know why people pay 55$ for UAG Monarch when there are many good options which offer same or better protection just under 30~11$.

1. UAG Monarch is a VERY GOOD case -> it protected (luckely) my S8+ VERY WELL!

I like the UAG cases they just don't work well with screen protectors.

Just got me UAG plyo ICE. I am using the I-blason screen protector. It works great with the UAG plyo. I would say the I-Blason is a small screen protector so it works well with this case.
