My friend was on a call on his Samsung S6 Edge SM-G925I which restarted during the call and has been stuck on the black screen after the logo appears and the LED light has been blinking and changing colors. I have already gone through a lot of forums and conducted the following steps but nothing has helped so far:-
1) Tried to boot in safe mode - Didn't work
2) Tried to clear cache and restart - Didn't work
3) Did a factory reset by holding the power+volume up+home button and selecting the option on the screen - Did not work
4) Also, connected the phone with smartswitch and used the emergency software and initialization option but that did not work either.
Please what else can I do to fix this. Need help urgently.
