Hi guys I had unlocked my bootloader but was facing some problems now I relocked it if I send it to service center will they ban my cell or repair it?

If they accepted it, likely they will repair it. But not 100% sure.

They will probably repair it, but they will charge you... Your warranty is gone, when the lock code was generated your warranty was void regardless if you actually unlocked or not. They should tell you this when you attempt to generate an RMA code, either by phone or web.
