[Urgent] Phone stuck in bootloop

Hi,

I was on Havoc 2.9. I used the Network Signal Guru app and am now stuck in a bootloop.
I tried wiping everything and flashing the rom again, still cant boot.
I even tried installing the latest firmware and then installing Havoc 3.2 (a different rom)
I also upgraded my recovery to OrangeFox 10.3.

I can enter recovery, fastboot, transfer files to and from my PC but cant boot.

What are my options ? Flashing the factory rom via MiFlash ?
I'd like to avoid wiping internal storage if possible.

Any help is appreciated!

Maybe you have triggered dm-verity.
Try to flash a dm-verity disabler to bypass the boot verify.
You can choose Magisk. If you don't want to root your phone, try the lazyflasher.
I always to be on safe side have a dm-verity and forced encryption disabler on my sd card.
