Ordered its on the 7th with a 22nd ship date. This afternoon I got a email it shipped and will be in my hands by Friday.

Likewise. Has anyone got their phone on a Saturday? I believe the shipping plan used is Monday through Friday.
Wow, when was the expected ship? Were they ordered through Sammy or a carrier?

Mine were shipped yesterday, to be delivered by FedEx by the end of the day. According to Shop Samsung, they were to ship the week of March 25th. I purchased phone thru Spectrum. Received phone & registered with Shop Samsung on March 7th.

Gotcha, so once again Sammy is Shipping a bit earlier than what they publicize... my buds were ordered direct from Sammy on Feb 23rd and said “Confirmed” and expected ship is mid April....now I see the order says “In Process”... good to see the push to get the items out faster

Every shipment I've gotten from Samsung or thru FedEx has on the shipping info "deliver weekday "
Finally T-Mobile just shipped my 1Tb S10+ the ETA on the pre order was 3/26 to 4/16, then it changed to 5/16 to 6/16. I was really close to cancel the pre order... Glad I didn't [emoji28]

I was wondering if anybody used the samsung trade in. I sent in my brand new S9+ for the $550 it's been business days since they received it. Anybody have any feedback on how long the trade in process takes? They received mine on March 15th... I've called them and they keep saying different timelines and I'm getting pissed
They received mine about a week ago and I've heard nothing. I've seen someone mention that they had their Note accepted in 4 days and I've seen others say they've been waiting over 10 days. Since it's not Samsung handling the inspections, that's probably why they can't give you a good time. I expect over a week but I think the wait times are all over the place for most people.
LOL, I figure they'll reject mine, the day after the return period is up on the S10.
I set up an authorized return the day it was up for my S10+ to return it fully but they have my brand new S9+ hostage right now for 7 business days now! Grrrrrrrrrrr
