just got my Fedex Shipping notice .. expected delivery tomorrow.. Hopefully yours isn't too far behind..
Ofcourse if its my extras im going to be disappointed..lol whats the chances of the buds and cases making before the phone.. Could happen..

I have everything BUT the phone, so yeah it could happen! LOL


My cancel button is still present, ordered on 02/23. Expected delivery 03/18.

yeah my cancel button disappeared within the last hour, and I`m like CPU I have had my Active 2 watch and galaxy buds+ since middle of last week, so whats your weight on the shipping label, I know lot of people said theirs had 2 lbs for the phones and 1 lbs for the extras, that what was on my watch that came from Tennessee and my galaxy buds+ came from Texas. I`m just glad my cancel button is gone!

I have two pending tracking numbers, both one pound.
There are three more that are cancelled!


EDIT:

Just checked, the CANCEL button on the phone is gone! :D

Looks like Samsung just created the shipping label for my phone, shows 2lbs and say delivery for tomorrow still needs to be picked up yet, I got the notification from fedex, order status still shows processing hopefully it will be picked up yet this evening, fingers crossed

Looks like my phone was picked up and is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, just did the hold at Walgreens for pick up since it needs a direct signature for delivery!!

yeah my order info on the app and website still shows processing and not shipped, I know there has been few instances from other people there phone showed up out of the blue, and were never alerted by samsung that there phones had shipped, looks like our situation too, would have never know if it wasn't for fedex manager.:rolleyes:

Just received the email stating my Note 10+ trade in was successful. Still waiting for my Black leather Ultra case, says coming soon on the site.

Last update. Just received the Leather case that was ordered when the phone was. Ordered 2/21, received 3/20. Phone arrived on 3/2, 45w charger 3/5, Buds+ 3/10

Phone was supposed to be here on the 17th, was supposed to ship the week of the 13th. It has been sitting in Coppell, TX since the 11th and when I call/chat they tell me that they don't know when it will ship (if ever) and that I cannot cancel. The cancel button is still available on the website, but returns an error anytime I try using it.

Oh, and I've been told "wait 3 days for an email" multiple times now. At this point I am not only done with the phone but the brand. I'm passed dissatisfaction and into the zen of knowledge building reconciliation.

My question for you fine folk is, if I change my debit card number will that prevent them from charging me $1600 at some random time in June? I need a new phone and need closure on this because I already know the game they are lining up to play.

I have on record their refusal to cancel and as such, disputing the charges won't be difficult, but I'd feel better if changing my card number worked. Thoughts?

Wow that's crazy. Coppell is the demarcation for shipping so it doesn't sound like they have a phone to send you, that's just a label you're looking at.
Changing the (charge card) number may not be enough. I would not feel comfortable without contacting the financial institution and letting them know what's going on and requesting they reject any charges from this vendor. Since you ordered there would be a preauthorization hold for the purchase price and this transaction ID provides information for them to block.

Yes all transactions are logged and banks can look up for reference under account transaction history. This typically isn't on a statement since it's a hold that drops off after a few days but the logs are always available for investigation whenever there's a discrepancy, suspected fraud, crime, et al.

Just wanted to update in case anyone else, like me, is having this issue. I just called my bank and while they can't stop payment because a transaction hasn't been created (which is odd) they notated my account and asked that I call up and dispute the charges if (more like when) they are made.

I have recordings of them refusing to cancel, I have chats saved and I have pictures of their website refusing to allow me to cancel.

Getting punished for being a loyal customer ... smh. Thanks again cpufrost!

Then checking back a bit later I had another box with a 2 lbs weight expected delivery 3/4. Then shortly after the shipper cancelled the second delivery. Scratching my head over this one. Shipments are from Samsung coming out of Texas. Wasn't sure if it was accessories or the phone. I'm not sure if they accidently filled my order twice or what. Never had this happen before. Anyways, I have one box headed my way for 3/4 delivery. I ordered the unlocked 512gb ultra.

    I had used my Amex card during preorder on 22nd night, the charge was listed for the full amount as pending on my account activity but now it's completely gone.

    It still says in process on the shop Samsung app for the order. Anyone know why the charge disappeared?

    Probably just a pre-authorization charge. They'll charge you again right before it ships.

    You had to use the reservation link to get the $35. They gave me the credit after the fact because I didn't order from the reservation link.
