It's 1 pound and they confirmed it's the extrasyeah my cancel button disappeared within the last hour, and I`m like CPU I have had my Active 2 watch and galaxy buds+ since middle of last week, so whats your weight on the shipping label, I know lot of people said theirs had 2 lbs for the phones and 1 lbs for the extras, that what was on my watch that came from Tennessee and my galaxy buds+ came from Texas. I`m just glad my cancel button is gone!

Phone was supposed to be here on the 17th, was supposed to ship the week of the 13th. It has been sitting in Coppell, TX since the 11th and when I call/chat they tell that they don't know when it will ship (if ever) and that I cannot cancel. The cancel button is still available on the website, but returns an error anytime I try using it.
Oh, and I've been told "wait 3 days for an email" multiple times now. At this point I am not only done with the phone but the brand. I'm passed dissatisfaction and into the zen of knowledge building reconciliation.
My question for your fine folk is, if I change my debit card number will that prevent them from charging me $1600 at some random time in June? I need a new phone and need closure on this because I already know the game they are lining up to play.
I have on record their refusal to cancel and as such, disputing the charges won't be difficult, but I'd feel better if changing my card number worked. Thoughts?

Coppell is the demarcation for shipping so it doesn't sound like they have a phone to send you, that's just a label you're looking at.
Changing the (charge card) number may not be enough. I would not feel comfortable without contacting the financial institution and letting them know what's going on and requesting they reject any charges from this vendor. Since you ordered there would be a preauthorization hold for the purchase price and this transaction ID provides information for them to block.

Just wanted to update in case anyone else, like me, is having this issue. I just called my bank and while they can't stop payment because a transaction hasn't been created (which is odd) they notated my account and asked that I call up and dispute the charges if (more like when) they are made.Yes all transactions are logged and banks can look up for reference under account transaction history. This typically isn't on a statement since it's a hold that drops off after a few days but the logs are always available for investigation whenever there's a discrepancy, suspected fraud, crime, et al.
I for sure know you are from this planet with your rude response. Just kills me how people make themselves try to feel better by picking apart other people and their mistakes..Just ridiculous!Not sure what planet you live on, but Tuesday is March 3rd on Earth.

I received a text from FedEx about a shipment. Went into FedEx app and have a 2 lbs box expected for 3/4. Then checking back a bit later I had another box with a 2 lbs weight expected delivery 3/4. Then shortly after the shipper cancelled the second delivery. Scratching my head over this one. Shipments are from Samsung coming out of Texas. Wasn't sure if it was accessories or the phone. I'm not sure if they accidently filled my order twice or what. Never had this happen before. Anyways, I have one box headed my way for 3/4 delivery. I ordered the unlocked 512gb ultra.

I had used my Amex card during preorder on 22nd night, the charge was listed for the full amount as pending on my account activity but now it's completely gone.
It still says in process on the shop Samsung app for the order. Anyone know why the charge disappeared?
