USB C earphones + USB C charging?

I have recently bought the xiaomi anc earphones that uses USB c connector and works flawlessly. The only problem is I can't charge the phone and listen to the music at the same time.
Is there a USB c to double USB c hub and would it works if it even exists?
I can't find it anywhere.

It's not the adapter I am looking for. As I said I have USB-c earphones so I need an adapter from USB-c to 2 USB-c, one for charging, one for USB-c Earphone.

Go to Banggood.com and copy "ZMI 2 In 1 USB Type C to 3.5mm Audio" into the search bar of the site. It should pop up as the first one. It looks like this:

Another one with the title "2 in 1 Type C 3.5mm Cellphone Tablet Cable Audio Jack Headphone Adapter" does the same:

/EDIT: Didn't read well enough. USB-C to double USB-C doesn't exist with full functionality as far as I know....

I'll see if it works correctly when it will arrives (30-40 days).

EDIT: it finally arrived but it won't work. Tried connecting xiaomi anc usb-c earphones on mi5s (latest xiaomi.eu MIUI) with adapter and audio won't switch to earphones. Tried with Huawei p20 with same result. Charging works but adapter is useless.

Any other product/ideas?
