Usb connect to pc problem

When I connect the phone to pc and comes to (MTP-charge only) menu. If you choose charge only and do not ask again option, is there any way to undo it? I am afraid my little nephew did this and now the phone only charges, no connect to pc . I've tried all the drivers and everything else.

I do not have this rom. I am with Banggood's 20s. So not ths option.

Ir doesn't matter. You just need to search how to activate developer mode.

Developer option is on but no usb configuration option in the menu.
