1.From a home screen, select Applications.



2.Select Settings.


3.Select Applications.

4.Select Development


5.Select USB debugging to enable / disable.
Note Enabled when a green check mark is present.

6.If prompted, select OK.

I was about to post a desperate request for help for finding a driver for my SCH-I400 as I tried both SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones v1.4.2.2, then Verizon_Wireless_I400_Continuum_USB_Driver_V1.3.550.0 directly from Samsung's support center - to no avail.

It turns out that all I had to do is turn on USB Debugging Mode. Wow!
