USB Debugging option in Android 5.1.1

Hi All,
I am looking to root my samsung galaxy note 10.1 (2014 edition), but unable to find USB debugging option enabling. After pressing "Build Number" multiple times also, nothing is happening and "Developer Options" is not getting enabled. Can anyone please suggest me how to proceed ?

Never mind, directly went for ROOTING with android 5.1.1 and everything works fine.
