USB DEBUGGING option not working for lenovo k4 note

I wanted to flash cm13 on my phone but i have found that USB DEBUGGING option is not working on my phone.
I have enabled it from developer options.
After connecting USB i am using MTP.
But still that promp for giving permissiom to RSA print of PC does not appear on my phone.

hi , i have a problem related to rsa fingerprint, my phone is lenovo k4 note , i installed adb drivers , lenovo usb drivers , enable oem unlock and enable usb debugging, connecting and disconnecting usb cable to pc , deleted adbkey.pub from . android folder started server again, nothing happened, i also tried to push adbkey.pub in /data/misc/adb/adb_keys but i cannot access misc folder cannt make any changes , i dnt have the permissions..i connected my phone on other pc win7 but no fruitful result...need help to bring rsa prompt back !!

Seems you have selected don't ask next time feature. If you can see MTP on pc then USB debugging should be working. Try and And see if your device detected

Use adb fastboot tools see if your device detected. If so go to bootloader and reboot. This will come again

no device is not shown when it boots in fastboot mode. pls guide..!!
