Use phone during bootloader unlock wait time

if I get the 360 hours wait time after attempting to unlock the bootloader, will I be able to use the phone in the mean time? Or will it be stuck at the watiting time screen?

Of course you can, the only thing is that once you unlock your bootloader, you will lose your data - except the one that you backup to the cloud
