Use tasker to direct all callers who are not on my contact list to voice mail?

Hello all,

can I use Tasker to direct all calls from people who are not on my contact list to voicemail?

I found a solution - I set up a profile with the following condition:
!C:ANY
and then I have the following task
"end call"

This works, but the phone still rings once. Is there any way to have no ring / vibration at all?
