Using a non-VOOC charger

Is there any reason I cannot use my old Samsung wall charger as a spare or my Samsung car charger on a Reno 10x Zoom? I realise I won't get VOOC speeds but is it safe?

Of course it's safe, you can take whatever charger you want.
