I have got a nexus 9,but the cpu is an engineering sample, and by cpu-z, it shows revision r0p0 max frequency is 2.5Ghz. but in geekbech app,it reaches 2.3Ghz and stops. what is your? I tested it under original android 6.0.1 by google.
Using a nvidia engineering sample cpu, it show reached 2.5G without OC, and yours?
