Using exceller

Need some help. I had been using chuckyrom but decided to try out chuckydroidrom since I run android mostly.it claims to come with exceller boot loader 2.1 but when I downloaded it it says 2.0. So I tried to delete it with no success. Now im using the ultralite rom and everytime I boot the phone it says no storage card detected???why is this..if I wait 15sec or so it is fine but I am unable to utilize the autoboot loader.please advise.

If you can set a time out on the boatloader for 15 secs you would be just fine. I just can't find the option to do that.
