Using Note 10.1 2014 as Extended Display

I was wondering if anyone has ever used their note 10.1 as an extended display for their laptop / computer? I'm pretty much convinced to get one but I was just wondering if this is possible and how well it works. (I've tried air display on a nexus 7 but it's really laggy.)

I have tried a lot of them and they are all pants! - very miserable apps / most dont even work and the one that did Idisplay didnt show the mouse pointer / cursor and was as laggy as hell! - will have to wait until a proper company develops one i.e parallels / teamviewer etc..
