Using the browser while on a call

I have had my Xperia Acro S for about a month and I noticed the other day while on a phone call that I did not have data and could not use the browser as a result, has anyone else experienced this? Is it firmware related or just a network problem?

Data works for me while in call. I have AT&T, LT28at on .3.7h stock Rom with .68i baseband. Using chrome

I have not see this anywhere but is there a guide on how to change the baseband? On the defy you had a tool that let you switch them. I'm on t-mobile USA.

Start with this thread . In the second post view the pictures. find pic showing 'Firmware Selection'. Take note of the 'Exclude:' box and exclude all but baseband.
If you have never setup flashtool or Sony PC Companion/Sony update service, then follow the first post on how to setup drivers.
You can post your flashtool issues or success here. I will check in for progress.
