USSD Messages - Vibration and Sound

Can anyone help me locate the sound files for the USSD notifications that pop up?

Also looking for help disabling the vibration for USSD. They do not turn off even if vibrations have been disabled globally.

I have AirVoice Wireless, so these dreaded USSD messages keep popping up after every text message or call.
